Systems Thinking Facilitator Training

A focused 2-day live online training to become a Systems Thinking Facilitator for your team, clients, or organization. I gives you a clear path from understanding core concepts to confidently leading methods from Methods for Systems Thinking using the 5M Strucutre. Through a mix of input, reflection, and group work, we use shared cases and, where helpful, your own examples to bring the practice to life. This is a hands-on format: structured, practical, and fully live.
